Program Description

The Drive Habit Academy SMS Program is a Safe Driving Habits SMS program with two optional categories: account notifications and recurring marketing messages about new driving safety guides and tools.

Users voluntarily subscribe through the website to receive account notifications related to their subscription (guide delivery, content access updates, opt-in and opt-out confirmations, and HELP replies) and, separately, recurring marketing messages about featured website resources, special campaigns, and newly available driving safety guides and tools. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

Message Categories

The program is limited to these two categories. It does not include insurance quotes, sales, agent outreach, or third-party marketing.

• Account Notifications: guide delivery, content access updates, opt-in confirmations, opt-out confirmations, and replies to HELP requests.
• Marketing: promotional offers, announcements about new Drive Habit Academy products and services, featured website resources, special campaigns, and updates about newly available guides and tools.

Opt-In Method

You join by entering your mobile number and checking one or both unchecked-by-default SMS consent boxes on our subscribe page. Each category has its own checkbox. A phone number alone is never treated as consent.

First Message

After opting in, you will receive a confirmation such as:

"Drive Habit Academy: You're subscribed to SMS updates. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel."

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Marketing messages are generally up to 4 per month.

Msg & data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

STOP Instructions

Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT at any time to opt out. You will receive one confirmation: "Drive Habit Academy: You have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages. Reply START to rejoin." No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

HELP Instructions

Reply HELP for assistance. You will receive: "Drive Habit Academy SMS Program: account notifications and marketing updates. For help, email support@drivehabitacademy.com or call +1 (307) 475-9022. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel."

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Mobile Opt-In Data Policy

Mobile opt-in data, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be sold, shared, rented, released, or transferred to third parties for marketing, lead generation, or promotional purposes.

Not an Insurance Company

Drive Habit Academy is a driving safety resource. It is not an insurance company, carrier, underwriter, agent, broker, or marketplace, and it does not provide quotes or sell insurance.

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Updates are posted on this page.
